1. Subject of the Offer
The Seller provides paid access to additional digital features of Anonimka, including the Premium subscription and other electronic services when they are shown in the payment interface. The basic FREE functionality is provided without payment.

The service is digital. There is no physical delivery: access is provided in the web app, mobile app, Telegram bot, or VK Mini App after payment confirmation by the provider.

The price depends on the payment method, country, currency, and selected period. The current price is always shown before payment and is accepted by the user when the payment is made.

2. Acceptance procedure
- The offer is accepted when the selected plan or another electronic service is paid for.
- Before payment, the user sees the period, price, and main access terms.
- Payment means acceptance of the offer, service rules, and refund policy.
3. Payment methods
Payment may be made through Telegram Stars, VK Votes, App Store, Google Play, and other providers when available in the interface. The payment provider may apply its own rules, fees, taxes, currency, and refund procedure.
4. Term and access
Premium is activated after payment confirmation and remains active for the paid period. Auto-renewal, grace period, and cancellation are governed by the relevant platform rules when the purchase is made through App Store or Google Play.
5. Refunds

6. Liability
The user is responsible for accurate data, compliance with service rules, and legality of their actions. The service is not responsible for user actions outside the app, network or provider failures, or payment platform restrictions.
